We started as a partnership firm on 1st Dec 1980, pioneered by Shri H.P. Joshi, a man of vision and excellence, driven by high quality work and passionate about building spaces with design brilliance and innovation at the core. With the younger generation of Shri Amol Joshi (B.E. Civil, MBA) and Shri Rajas Joshi (B.Arch) taking leadership into hands, the firm has evolved into a group of companies that include – Harivijay Properties Pvt. Ltd., Harivijay Infracon, Joshi Buildcon, A.R. Designs and Joshi Constructions & Investment, providing expert consulting in the construction & real estate domain, over the years.

The founder and a true backbone of the group, respected Shri H.P. Joshi, is a torchbearer and inspiration for all of us. Shri H.P. Joshi pioneered the firm with a wide vision and passion, driven with excellence and high quality work.
With a very effective knack for business and personnel management, Shri Joshi excelled the group with a diverse portfolio of projects. His vision and expertise for design, led to the redevelopment of 19 prominent ‘wadas’ in Pune, utilising the space yet preserving the sanctity of the place. A very sincere, experienced and go to personality, he instantly connects with the fraternity, with a persuasive approach to get things effectively and positively. A person of wits, very soft-spoken and a true leader, he is a backbone of the management operations at Joshi Group of Companies.
Amol Joshi
The pillar head and one of the guiding lights of Joshi Buildcon, Shri Amol Joshi, is a very shrewd and dynamic personality, who believes in minute detail considerations and is a moderniser at thought! He is a persistent pillar to carry and support the responsibilities at Joshi Buildcon. A post graduate in Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors in Civil engineering, Amol took over the operations at Joshi Buildcon and with his dynamic rationale, inculcated modern day architecture with a perfect blend of traditional elements, into their design portfolio.
A person with strong fundamentals and great conviction, he has always had a positive outlook towards innovation and business ethics. With this expertise and a convincing perception towards development, he is successfully heading the strategic & business development departments at Joshi Buildcon. Over the last 10 years, with his business management skills, he has helped Joshi Buildcon evolve into a premier construction firm, focusing on quality and best in class designs. A socialist by nature with an inherent vision of giving back to the society, Amol is a true motivation of leadership for all of us at Joshi Buildcon.
Rajas Joshi
A bastion of technical operations at Joshi Buildcon and a solid pillar of the Group, Shri Rajas Joshi, is a very sincere and astute businessman. A graduate in Architecture from University of Pune (B.Arch), Rajas joined hands with Amol, heading the team of expert architects, scaling Joshi Buildcon to new heights and dimensions! Rajas has a very analytical approach & a brilliant eye towards present-day architectural needs for efficient utilisation of space and resources.
With a sharp understanding of technicalities, he has always led from the front to manage and mentor the planning of numerous development and redevelopment projects at Joshi Buildcon. Project Mapping, Architectural and Design proficiency, Quality and Schedules are his key areas of experience, over the past 10 years. His expertise immensely benefits the team in accurately mapping the urban areas for quality assessment and technical know-how. Very calm in nature with a strong intellect and sharp insights, Rajas sets an example for many in the team to follow.
